Selectrix is a 100% Australian owned company that was incorporated in 1978 and now boasting 70 employees over 4 countries. With Australian branch offices located in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Head Office in Melbourne.

Subsidiary companies include Selectlok NZ Limited in Auckland, New Zealand, PT Selectrix Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia and Frauscher Selectrail UK Limited in Alvechurch, United Kingdom.

Divisions include:

• the SELECTLOK range of industrial locks, latches, hinges and rubber seals for the sheetmetal industry.
• the SELECTRAIL range of Railways Signalling relays and Axle Counters.
• the SELECTPOWER range of switchboard accessories incorporating Brass Earth and Neutral bars and stand off insulators.

What an exciting period we have had at Selectrix with the following initiatives being completed:

1. ISO9001 Accreditation
   Selectrix is proud to announce that the Selectrix Quality Management System has been found to conform to the Quality Management System Standard AS/NZS ISO9001:2000 with no exclusions, as accredited by DNV (Det Norske Veritas). DNV are recognized world wide as a reputable certification authority.
   
   This was a wonderful achievement by all concerned and proof of sound company systems. Following on from this is a continual improvement process that will ensure Selectrix can continue to innovate in all areas of service to our clients.
   
   
2. New Factory Opens in Jakarta
   Selectrix has embarked on one of the most challenging areas in the world to do business, Indonesia, by opening a 100% Selectrix owned factory and sales office. This factory will be producing a wide range of products and will also house a CAD design team capable of the latest solid modeling techniques. Manufacturing capabilities are expanding by the minute, the latest addition being a Japanese CNC machining centre.
   
   It is envisaged that with a cost base competitive with China, Selectrix clients will further enjoy prices and quality yet unsurpassed in the Australian market with a design team to match.
   
   
3. Selectrix Wins ARIC Export Award
   The coveted Australian Railway Industry Corporation (ARIC) Export Award was presented to the Selectrail Division of Selectrix for it’s wonderful efforts in achieving substantial export sales growth in the tough South American market. Well done to all the Selectrail personnel.
